Cunniff Design are pleased to share that their mixed-use development in Leicester for London & Scottish Property Investment Management has received planning approval.
The vacant city centre site will be redeveloped for PBSA, Build to Rent and commercial uses, across two buildings with a shared landscaped courtyard and roof terrace.
Careful consideration of massing, materiality and detail has led to a design that responds positively to the site’s historic urban context.
Cunniff Design are now looking forward to working with the team to take the scheme to site in the coming months.
